Eligible Cities

The Talent Dividend Prize competition is open to all U.S. Cities with a metropolitan population of 500,000 or the largest metropolitan area in a state based on 2009 American Community Survey data from the U.S. Census Bureau.

Only one registration per metropolitan area will be accepted. In the case of multiple registrants from a single metropolitan area, CEOs for Cities will connect registrants immediately to foster local collaboration. These metropolitan areas will be strongly encouraged to resubmit a joint registration. If local consensus cannot be met then priority will be given first to current CEOs for Cities partners followed by participants in the National Talent Dividend Network and then to the first registrant to complete the form.
