Innovation for Cities: Building the Innovation Capacity of Urban Leaders
An Innovation Workshop Series
Innovation has evolved into business fundamentals, but it's not often embraced as a means of addressing the critical challenges facing cities today. CEOs for Cities and Doblin, Inc., have committed to pioneering the application of innovation principles to the business of cities. CEOs for Cities and Larry Keeley, the president of Doblin, will lead a year-long series of hands-on innovation workshops for urban leaders of four cities.
Building on the successful December 2005 CEOs for Cities session, this program will provide the opportunity to learn about - and use - some of the most sophisticated innovation tools and techniques available.
This first-of-its-kind program presents an opportunity for urban leaders in the CEOs for Cities network to develop a signature competence in innovation, plus specific innovation initiatives for their cities. The result will be tangible roadmaps for success in programs important to attendees.
Bring tough issues. Return with a plan.
