CEOs for Cities is a national network of urban leaders dedicated to building and sustaining the next generation of great American cities.

Tackling the issue of reducing poverty rates may just be one of the toughest, yet most important challenges for cities today.

The Opportunity Dividend analysis shows that if we reduce poverty by one percentage point in each of the top 51 metros, the nation would realize $13 billion in savings.  In partnership with United Way for Southeastern Michigan, CEOs for Cities will invite 20 poverty experts from throughout the nation to present their best recommendations on how to achieve the Opportunity Dividend with local action.

Partners interested in attending this intimate conversation may contact Bridget Marquis at bmarquis@ceosforcities.org for more information.
