The Talent Dividend Tour
CEOs for Cities with support from the Lumina Foundation and DeVry Inc., is traveling the U.S. to 30 cities to talk with urban leaders about the Talent Dividend, a calculation of the potential gains cities and regions could realize if they increased college attainment rates by just one percentage point. If you add up the dividends for each of the top 51 metros, the U.S. would see a $124 billion Talent Dividend.
