This email came today and reminded me that you can create an asset out of anything -- in this case, street food. (And notice the personal signatures after the "Yours in tacos" sign-off.) Thought I would share...
Did you say street food?
Just six weeks to go until Eat Real! Not only do we have more than 40 street food vendors who will be selling their delectable treats from a wide assortment of wheeled carts, we’ll also have great music and beats at the event. The music coming from the Pritzker Pavilion lured me over, and I ran right into a glorious tap festival. The Chicago Human Rhythm Project was staging Rhythm World with tap dancers from Beijing, Tokyo, Boston, Sao Paolo, Barcelona, San Antonio, D.C., NYC, Raleigh/Durham, and, of course, Chicago. It was beautiful, fun, joyful, and jammed.
There may be a better neighborhood somewhere, but someone…
