Needed: Your Ideas

In just a few minutes, I'm leaving to talk about the next generation of great American cities and the challenges they face.

I am asking the people listening to do the following...

"I want you to send me an email in the next 24 hours and tell me what you would change about your city that would, in your opinion, make it more appealing to you and people like you.  What would be the most exciting thing you can think of with that “just can’t resist it” quality that you believe would insure that Chicago is one of the Next Generation of Great American Cities?  Most of you have traveled internationally, so tell me what you’ve seen in those cities that made you think, “Why aren’t we doing that at home?”
