Brett Milligan of GreenWorks is regenerating a two-acre vacant lot in Portland and turning it into a social amenity by shepherding 38 goats into the lot to mow down weeds and vegetation. Residents are now congregating at 11 Avenue vacant lot for a daily goat viewing. Check out images of this DIY project here.
