CEOs for Cities is a national network of urban leaders dedicated to building and sustaining the next generation of great American cities.

Increasing transfer rates from community colleges to four-year institutions may be one strategy your city adopts to achieve its Talent Dividend.  If so, the Community College Transfer Initiative and Pathways Program at Mount Holyoke may be of interest. Through these programs, the college has increased transfer students from two-year schools to nearly eight percent of their student body and intend to keep growing that number. Currently half of these transfer students come from outside of Massachusetts.  Will Mount Holyoke recruit your city’s developing talent to bolster Massachusett's Talent Dividend or will you beat them to it?
