CEOs for Cities is a national network of urban leaders dedicated to building and sustaining the next generation of great American cities.

It’s an exciting time for change agents working toward more livable communities, with leadership at the federal level finding new ways to collaborate across the issues of transportation, housing and land use.

And Rail~volution, a national conference kicking off today, will offer insight into that process with a dynamic conversation among the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Federal Transit Administration, and the Office of Urban Policy to be moderated by our own Carol Coletta.

“Rail~Volution is, first and foremost, a conference for passionate practitioners - people from all perspectives who believe strongly in the role of land use and transit as equal partners in the quest for greater livability and greater communities.”

The conversation between these leaders – Ron Sims, Peter Rogoff and Derek Douglas - will take place in the panel today on ‘Emerging Federal Partnerships Create Dynamic Change’.
