CEOs for Cities is a national network of urban leaders dedicated to building and sustaining the next generation of great American cities.

Today, we held our second Talent Dividend Summit in Atlanta where we were joined by a number of VIPs including Mayor Shirley Franklin, Superintendent Beverly Hall, Penny McPhee of the Arthur M. Blank Foundation and other community, corporate and civic leaders.   The meeting was convened by Peggy McCormick of the Atlanta Development Authority.

We had an active discussion around the partnership between economic development and education in Atlanta.

News about the event made front page Metro news in today's Atanta Journal Constitution.

CEOs for Cities will continue these conversations in 20 more cities in the coming months as part of our national Talent Dividend Tour sponsored by the Lumina Foundation for Education.
