"I was going to bring my PSP but this is more fun." This is one response from a group of kids on a double-decker tour bus as it cruised downtown Chicago (in five-degree weather!). In a quest to find what local kids like best about the city, the Tribune took a direct route by asking them what a perfect day would include and then provided it for them. Among their top picks: Throwing ice chunks in the Chicago River, Millennium Park, and an Italian Beef lunch (over pizza - because "it's different."). Given the choice, these kids gravitated toward things they don't get to do every day, highlighting one of the city's greatest strengths: Variety.
