An Election Eve Surprise

No, it's not that kind of surprise. It was a beautiful evening in Chicago so I decided to walk home from the Museum of Contemporary Art by way of the lake.  When I crossed back under Lakeshore Drive to see a new park in Streeterville, I found this piece of graffiti.
