57 Cities Compete for $1M Talent Dividend Prize

On Tuesday, with the support of The Kresge Foundation and Lumina Foundation for Education, CEOs for Cities launched the $1 million Talent Dividend Prize. This prize will be awarded to the metropolitan area with the greatest increase in postsecondary degrees awarded per capita over a three-year period. More than 80 urban leaders from participating cities joined us in Chicago for the announcement of the 57 cities that have joined the competition for the $1 million prize. To sweeten the pot, The Kresge Foundation has pledged an additional $570,000 in challenge grants available to all participating cities.
