Becoming a member of CEOs for Cities makes you part of a national movement to keep America globally competitive by strengthening our cities.
CEOs for Cities works with members to produce an actionable agenda to strengthen cities, informed by original research, white papers, national convenings and our series of Urban Innovation Workshops.
CEOs for Cities is made up of more than 150 urban leaders, representing 43 of the nation’s cities. Benefits of membership include invitations to national meetings, the ability to participate in our groundbreaking Urban Innovation Workshops, and opportunities for your city to participate in locally focused research. Membership to CEOs for Cities is by invitation. Members are the chief executive officers of enterprises whose success depends, in part, on the success of cities. They include mayors, corporate executives, university presidents, foundation officials, and heads of economic and civic development organizations.
Recommended amounts for annual, tax-exempt contributions are $2,500 for universities and other not-for-profits; $5,000 for community foundations and mayors; and $2,500 to $10,000 for corporations. City Cluster membership allows 12 urban leaders to join CEOs for Cities at one time for an overall reduced annual membership contribution of $25,000.
